Practicum...and my secret (maybe not so secret) addiction...

First off... I sure do blog a lot more lately! That's good I guess right? Today I found out which grade I will be doing my practicum in for 6 weeks starting March 21st...I am going to be doing my practicum in 1st grade! I am totally excited because I have so much experience with 1st graders. I spent 3 years helping in a 1st grade classroom re-teaching math concepts, and I also worked with 1st graders in After School Club, so I have a special love for 1st graders! Now, for my secret--or not so secret--addiction. I have an addiction to kids books. I see them on sale and I just want to buy them! The Kohl's Cares for Kids books always tempt me! They sell really popular children's books for $5 each! It's such a steal of a deal! Dr. Seuss & Eric Carle books for only $5 a piece! YES PLEASE! I had to resist buying some Eric Carle books tonight at Kohls with Casey, but he said we will get some for me soon :) I totally must be a teacher...I LOVE BOOKS! :) Well I probably better go to bed now...lots of school tomorrow and more ZUMBA!!! :)
