I know this isn't a normal pregnant problem, and I really am happy that I am not huge, but if I hear that I don't look pregnant from one more person I might lose it! I know I don't look pregnant... I basically look like I ate one too many cheeseburgers or something, but it's starting to get old. I know...stupid thing to be sensitive about right? Give me 6ish weeks and I promise I will start to look more pregnant than I do now...just be nice to the poor pregnant lady whose baby boy just likes to stretch out and enjoy the room!
Sorry about that rant.
That is hard. I can kind of relate (not really) because I look really young and get mistaken for a high school student (even occasionally a junior high student) and they try to make up for it saying I'll appreciate it when I get older but it gets old. I know people have the best intentions and don't mean to offend, but sometimes I wish people would just be a little more aware of what they're saying. Haha. Don't let them get you down!! :)
ReplyDeleteI was going to say something snottish like "at least you are pregnant" but that's dumb and I don't all the way mean it.
ReplyDeleteIt's so horrible the way everything makes you upset while pregnant! I remember hating that I was being told I was so small forever and wanting to have that cute bump everyone else gets. I also remember getting so miserable once I got huge and random strangers asked "are you having twins?" and I remember getting pissed when anyone but me called my baby by his name because "they don't know him and I do". (also rest assured I was crazier than you ;) hahaha)
Your bump will come as will the shortness of breath and not touching your toes :) and you will love and hate every minute of it!
I really am so excited for you :D
