Update... :)

It's been a while since I did a quick update on things going on in our life and I noticed I had some pictures that I never put on the blog, so I will do the update using pictures!

Here are our Thankful Hand Turkeys for 2012...the skeleton baby is courtesy of Casey. :) Each year I always come up with my own idea, but Casey ends up doing the majority of my turkey because i'm just not artsy. I'm glad he is. :)

Here are some of our Christmas decorations for the year. I made the cute Santa boots with my mom, Aubri, Jaylen, and Grandma. I love doing wood projects. :) Don't worry about our poor tree...there is a section of it without lights, but we still like it haha. At the end of the Christmas season we will be buying a new tree and passing ours on to Jaylen for her college apartment (what the heck...my sister is going to be in college next year!?) It's been a good tree for us, but we are excited to get a new one. We will also be getting some new decorations, but don't you worry! Those pink decorations will not be going anywhere... I will alternate which decorations I use each year--even though Casey doesn't think our son can have a pink tree...I beg to differ ;) We also have 3 stockings this year... Casey decided it would be fun to use one of mine from a few years ago as the little man's this year... I don't think he will have anything in it this year, though he is already such a spoiled baby! This will be our first year having Christmas morning at our own apartment. In years past we have always been at either my parents or Casey's parents, but we will be spending Christmas morning as a couple and then going to visit Casey's family and then heading to Pocatello. It will be a busy day, but i'm excited to have Christmas morning just with Casey this year!
We went to the temple lights last night with my family. :) It's a Christmas tradition and it's always so fun to spend an evening with family. I love it when they come to visit. We will be going to the lights with Casey's family in a few weeks as well. Love that the holidays bring family together each year!
Here are my gifts for the ladies I visit teach and my team members at work. :) They have fuzzy socks, Hershey Kisses, and Bath & Body Works holiday soaps in them. I love giving gifts! I finally bought a few of Casey's gifts today and having some presents under our tree is beginning to make it feel like Christmas finally. Plus it is snowing, which I really hate being cold, but I do like snow in December. After December, I don't like it anymore. :)

And last but not least... a baby bump picture! Here I am at 26 weeks 2 days...Little Man is finally beginning to poke out! He was quite shy there for a while, but it's nice to have at least some kind of bump so that people actually believe that I am pregnant and stop giving me death glares when they find out how far along I am. :) I still can't believe I am going to be a mom in 3 months...it freaks me out a little if i'm being honest, but I can't wait to meet this little guy!
