Happy Thanksgiving!

Instead of doing a post about what I am thankful for today I decided to post pictures of our thankful hand turkeys for this year. I have had my idea for a year now, so I was excited to finally get to make it! The thankful hand turkey tradition is so great :) I look forward to it every year. It is great to look back through the book at everyone's turkeys. Casey's Chewbacca Thankful Hand Turkey... he is on a Star Wars kick with his thankful hands lately... last years was a Storm Trooper.... :) My Class of 2011 thankful turkey! I knew I wanted to do this since last year since I am graduating in just about 2 weeks! I won't walk until May, but I am finished in 2 weeks! :) This really has nothing to do with Thanksgiving, but my students are going to be making Elf Glyphs next week and I made an example for them :) Totally cute don't you think!? Well I am off to go Black Friday Shopping with Ellen... hopefully it is a bit more successful than the year I went with Aubri. We took one look at those lines and looked at each other and said "Want to go to McDonalds for breakfast and then go back to bed?" We totally did. Totally worth it haha, but I am excited to go with Ellen! I love Christmas shopping :) I love an excuse to give people gifts!
