I was thinking last night of all of the great things that happened last year, and I decided to write something great that happened each month of the year last year. :)
January: I turned 23! Woo hoo! IDK how exciting that is, but it did happen. :)
February: I got my first real teaching job teaching 5th grade at West Point Elementary School!
March: Casey turned 23! :) Woo hoo again!
April: I can't remember a whole lot happening in April this year besides beloved Spring Break...i'm tellin ya the teachers need the breaks more than the kids do. I think the breaks are more for our sanity!
May: I graduated from Utah State University with my Bachelors! (I technically graduated in December 2011, but I got to walk in 2012!)
June: I managed to survive that class of 5th graders and make it to summer...i'm now just trying to hold on until March this year with the 6th graders!
July: We found out we were going to have a baby and told all of our families! PLUS celebrating 2 years of marriage and going to Arizona for a trip! July was good! :)
August: We wrapped up our summer full of swimming and headed back to school...Casey had a great semester and I had a tough one haha.
September: Our first niece was born! :)
October: We found out we are having a little boy and our oldest nephew Warren was baptized! :)
November: Thanksgiving in Pocatello!
December: Our first Christmas morning in our own apartment...and packing to move into a new place!
2013 is here and I have to go back to school tomorrow...how horrible is that!? I want to be like everyone else and go back on Monday! PLUS we are still waiting to find out when we get to move into our new apartment. The people are out of it, but the carpets need to be cleaned. I sure hope it's soon...but I feel bad having to go to work and leave Casey to tackle all of the moving by himself. Oh well! Happy 2013 everyone!
