Blessings

I feel like the blessings have been flowing from Heaven this week. I am so thankful for a Heavenly Father who loves me and knows what I need even when I don't. Things at work haven't been going very well this year...my boss and I don't really communicate in the same way, so it has been rough. Friday was my last day before maternity leave and I got some great news that day. My principal is going to a different school next year. I will be able to start over with a new principal and hopefully I will be able to be successful. I was also offered a job teaching 4th grade at my school next year! It is such a blessing knowing that I have a job next year...I don't have to stress about having insurance or money to help take care of our family. Although this is the third grade I will have taught since beginning teaching last year, I feel good about it. 6th grade is just not my niche yet...I have loved the curriculum and my team, but personality wise I don't think I quite mesh with 6th graders yet. I am too nice to deal with some of the behaviors and attitudes that come with 6th graders. I think that 4th grade will be a good fit for me. They are older, but still mostly respectful of their teachers. I am excited to start over next year and hope that it will be better than this year has been.

 I am also feeling blessed because I know my little boy will be here soon! I am really hoping he comes in the next few days, but so far he is staying right where he is. :) We will see what he decides to do! I feel so blessed to be given the opportunity to be a mom. I know that there will be times that are trying and hard, but I can't wait to meet my little boy. Come on baby! We are waiting to meet you! :)
